The Foundation meets the second Monday of the month at Stump’s Insurance Agendy, located in Pine Grove. Meetings start at 6:30 and are open to the public.

Contributions

The Pine Grove Area Education Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) Corporation and contributions are tax deductible. Contributions can be sent to: P.O.Box 98, Pine Grove, Pa. 17963 or contact any Director of the Pine Grove Area Education Foundation directly.

Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) funds are provided by the Foundation to the Pine Grove Area School District (PGASD) to fund pre-approved educational programming that support’s the education of Pine Grove Area students.

Scholarships

The Pine Grove Area Education Foundation awards a variety of scholarships to deserving students in the senior class.

If you would like to establish or sponsor a scholarship or achievement award, please email the foundation.

Venture Grants

The Foundation successfully administers a teacher venture grant program. This program is funded primarily through payroll deducted contributions made by district employees. The Foundation uses these contributions and annual fundraisers to award grants to successful teacher applicants. Project funds go to applicants whose projects are innovative and have an impact on improving educational opportunities for Pine Grove Area students.
