Teachers in the Pine Grove Area School District can apply for a venture grant to help create new curriculum or projects that benefit PGASD students. Teachers can present their proposals at one of two meetings per year when venture grants are considered.
‘Buddy Bench’ to Honor Pine Grove Area Student
A fourth grader remembered for his academic and athletic talents and his kindness now has a special bench in his memory in the Pine Grove Area Elementary School. It’s in memory of the late Chase E. Morgan, a 9-year-old boy who died from brain cancer in February 2018. He was the son of Edward and Sharon Morgan of Pine Grove.
